Our Open Mind Management Development (MD) tracks maximise your return on investment. The success factor consists of the integral approach of the organisational structure in connection with the behavioral aspect during the design and execution of the MD track.

Management DevelopmentIntegral approach: The central question in the design of MD courses is ‘What does the organisation aim to achieve and what is required to achieve that goal?’ The success factor is the management of the behavioral aspect in conjunction with the organisational content. In the development of the program, this means that participants are challenged to examine their own development and that of the organisation with an integrated view, from an organisational, psychological and neuroscientific point of view.

Joint creation and assurance: Based on the path’s purpose, the final design and development of the program content will take place in close collaboration with the client. During this design stage, attention will be paid to the learning and development assurance in the existing HR cycle.

Thinking, doing and feeling: Each participant in the Management Development track is challenged to take responsibility for their own personal and professional development. The participant’s experience represents the leitmotiv during the course. We use various forms of learning and working in order to promote transfer to this experience. This means that at times the forms do not dovetail with the learning method, which gets people out of their comfort zone.
